How many calories do you burn when you run?
There are as many as six pieces of information necessary to calculate the number of calories you burn during a running workout including; gender, age, bodyweight, distance, speed, and % grade. However, these pieces of information can be expressed in different ways (i.e. speed in MPH vs. speed in miles per minute (7:35)) and you most likely don't know all six pieces of information.
